Solution 1
Clear your cache and cookies.
Firefox:
A. Click the firefox arrow in the top left corner of your screen.
B. Hover over History.
C. Click clear recent history.
D. Make sure the box at the top says "Everything".
E. Check Cookies and Cache and click "Clear now".
Chrome:
A. Click the wrench in the right corner.
B. Click history.
C. Click "Clear all browsing data".
D. Check "Empty the Cache" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data".
E. Make sure the box at the top says "the beginning of time".
F. Click Clear browsing data.
Internet Explorer:
A. Click the Tools menu on the upper right .
B. Click on Delete Browsing History.
C. Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
D. Click delete.
Solution 2
Updating Flash.
You may not have the right flash player.

Re-instal browser.
A. Go to start menu.
B. Select control panel.
C. Find "Uninstall a program" or "Add and remove programs".
D. Find your browser in the list and click uninstall.
E. Use an alternate browser to search for the instal file of the browser you are trying to fix.
F. Download and instal the browser.

Use a different browser.

Run a system restore.
(If nothing else works.)
A. Go to start menu.
B. Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
C. Choose a date when the game was working properly.
D. Start the system restore.

Send in a support ticket.
If none of the above worked send in the following with your support ticket.
Without the quotations.
"I have done al of the following and the game is still not working properly.
I have cleared my cache and cookies.
I have tried upgrading my flash player.
I have re-installed my browser.
I have tried a different browser.
I have even tried a system restore.
None of these things have fixed my issue so it must be something on your end.
